Do you like party games, Japanese culture, and anime? Do you find “academic” style quiz shows boring because you can't screw over your fellow contestants?  Would you like to be cheered when you're right (and are you okay with being razzed a little when you're wrong)?  If so, come and join us at Animazement for “You Don't Know Japan!”, a quiz show with attitude based on a popular party quiz game!

Questions will be taken from a variety of topics that span all areas of Animazement, including Japanese pop culture, traditions, hobbies, video games, and of course, anime and manga.  Some questions will be strange, some thought provoking, and some just plain hilarious – and always expect the unexpected!  Most questions will be multiple choice or matching, but that doesn't mean they're easy!  Even if you don't want to play, be sure to come anyway for the laughs – and you just might learn some interesting trivia in the process!

Contest Rules

1. Sign-up begins 10 minutes before the event.
2. Contestants should be at least 16 years old and have some knowledge of Japanese culture and a number of anime/manga titles.
3. Speaking Japanese is not required, but knowing some Japanese words (particularly those commonly found in anime/manga) may be helpful.
4. Gameplay rules will be given before the games start, and all rules are subject to change.
