I am going as Miaka in her priestess outfit and my best friend is going as Takiko in her priestess outfit.

Absolutely! I was actually worried I'd be the only FY cosplayer this year. Not a lot of people still cosplay from it. At least not at AZ anyways.

I get what you mean but you would be still surprised. Every year you will bump into at 2 people that cosplay from that series. Though the series is quite old it hasn't lost its appeal to some. Super glad about that!

Hooray for a Tomite cosplay; that's awesome! My friend and I are the ones who submitted an application for an FY panel, so we'll naturally be doing FY cosplays, too I'm cosplaying Nuriko and she's cosplaying a warrior-style Miaka. I can't wait to see everyone's FY costumes; I'm so excited, especially for the Genbu Kaiden characters! Fingers crossed that our panel gets accepted. We'd love to see you all there!

Just in case you missed, our FY panel is approved and tentatively scheduled for Friday morning from 11-noon in room 306B. I can't wait to see everyone's costumes! Nuriko is almost finished and I think my friend's warrior Miaka is almost done as well!

Awesome! I was actually thinking about switching Tomite to Friday anyways. This works out great.
