Her body seems very thin. You should reduce the space her arms take up slightly and enlarge her chest area. ANd i'm not talking about making her boobtastic neither. XD

Agreeing with Zilla.

Also, did you intend to completely cover her eyebrows? It's a stylistic choice, of course, but many artists overlay the eyebrows over the hair so that you can still see the character's expression. At the moment she has a bit of a vacant stare, and I think eyebrows might give her a bit more personality. Just my opinion, though.

I think that when I drew it, I just to give her a little bit of a....ditzy expression. Her eyes are a little shaded to kind of have a hypnotized expression. Did that work? xD

Zilla, know that I am very honest when asked for my opinion on things and all I can say is... that I love your art. I'm not a fan of bright things but you didn't make it sickenly bright.

I pretty much like his face but his clothes can be better. Try looking up clothes (mainly folds and fabric) tutorials. It'll improve your clothes ten-fold. :] His pose also seems to be a bit off. Try to do a body outline before drawing the clothes on. It'll help you figure out folds and pose. :] Hope that helps.

Also can anyone suggest shapes you like? They can be geometric or symbol shapes. I am using lots of shape based outfits in my character designs. The image above should illustrate that pretty well. (arrows are everywhere on that outfit.)

The eyes look a tad off. Also you should try darkening the shadows on his face to show more dimension.

I agree with Zilla's comment that the proportions are off. However, I really, really, really LOVE the background to it. It's very colorful (and I'm a sucker for anything colorful) and I love the patterns and designs you used.
