Official Big Ol' AZAA 2012 Info Thread

I will update as often as I can. However, the official AA pages will be remain the best source of info: http://animazement.org/artists-alley-registration/ and http://animazement.org/artists-alley-policies/

Animazement 2012 Artist Alley's application period will be from January 8th 12:00AM EDT - January 14th 11:59PM EDT. The application will not be available until the starting point.

We will e-mail results by the end of January. Payment will be requested within the first week of February. Half tables are $40; full tables are $80.

Table sizes are 8 feet by 30 inches (half is 4 feet by 30 inches)

Table cost does not include a badge, you must still purchase a badge. Further details on that to come.

We no longer allow the selling of live kittens.

I had some questions regarding particular items that can be sold in the artist alley and tried to send an email to artistalley@animazement.org (through the link listed on the page) and my email was rejected and I got an error that it could not be delivered. What is a good address to send questions to?

That is almost right. You are just missing an "s" after the "artist" part:
artistsalley@animazement.org

Thank you. I didn't see that there was a letter missing. I pulled the address from the older thread for questions for AA at the top of the page.

Our first wave of payments has closed. We had a few artists not pay, so that's good news for those on the waitlist.

Animazement Artist Alley will be emailing waitlisted artists no later than Sunday, March 19th, at the latest. Waitlisted artists will have 7 days to pay by the email's date.

To clarify, if the emails are sent out on March 15, 2012, payment is due by March 21, 2012 at the latest. If they're sent out March 19, 2012, then payment is due by March 25, 2012.

As Marzipan says, "no later than".

That is an absolute, the longest it will take. But it should be much sooner. But we don't have a definite date when they will go out because we just don't know yet.

I believe it was about 6. That wave ended and I believe most of the wave 2 paid, but I am not 100% sure yet. I have to talk with my partner. (Was supposed to see her last night, but I sort of overslept)
