Librari-Con 2013 Mascot Art Contest...
Rather than taking one submission for their mascot this year, Librari-Con is having a contest open to everyone. There are some great prizes ranging from Anime DVD Boxsets, to Anime and Video Art Books. So sharpen your pencils, and show some of your skills, and maybe your Libby Mascot will be the one featured for 2013...
