Doctor Who Soapbox panel

So, I'm thinking about running a Doctor Who panel, where any crazed Whovian can get up on their soapbox and rant about what ever Doctor Who-related thing they want to rant about. Just from seeing how wound up the fandom is on Tumblr, I know quite a few Whovians could use a good rant. My plan is to just take audience volunteers and let them come up and go. So yeah. If anyone has any interest, let me know how I could make this better for you, because I'm going to try to get this as a panel either way.
