Just to let everyone know where we are at this point. The panel application process is now closed. We will no longer be accepting any applications. We are in the process of placing all guest and cultural panels in the schedule. Once those are done we can then begin working on placement of fan panels. Big meeting on this coming up on the 28th. Word of fan panel status should be going out the first part of May. Thank you for your patience.

So yeah... I'd say in a week or two? I really really hope it's approved too since I'm looking forward to being Jade.

If we get approved I suggest we all start swapping Skypes so we can get to know each other face to face rather than just talking through a text-based medium. I doubt we all live near each other so a face to face might not be good until closer to the con.

my cosplay is all set, i just need to get the horns to stay placed.

I just bought green contacts. Seems like I'm going all out for Jade. And despite the fact that she WEARS glasses, the glasses I have for her are not prescription, so prescription contacts it is.

Alas, it was not to be. Just got the rejection letter guys. Oh well, maybe those of us who would have been on the panel can meet up at the con and still hang out?
