Anime/Manga Recommendations

I'd recommend something I read last night. It's called "Barajou no Kiss", or "Kiss of the Rose Princess." Something of the like, there are a few different translations. But it's really really good. It's been out for almost two years and it's only on chapter 22, but I'd still recommend it.

-Elfen Lied (just beware of violence and such)

-La Corda D'Oro (Great if you love music, especially classical)
-Bleach is one of my favorites, even if the fillers get really annoying after a while
-Ouran High School Host Club
-Vampire Knight (up to a point)
-Death Note was pretty good, just took a little bit to get used to

On of the most loved amine of time!
Maka and her weapon soul, have to collect 99 akeshian souls and 1 witch soul so that soul can become a death scythe.
Watch it and you will not be able to stop till you finish so far there are 51 episodes.

Hey guys! I'm looking for a new anime to watch that's shoujou-esque, but not purely romance, with good characters. I really like Pandora Hearts and Kuroshitsuji, and Hetalia is pretty cute as well. Anyone have any suggestions?

Princess Tutu! I just finished it and it's very good. It's pretty heavy on the romance at first, but it spurs on the plot, and the romance is toned down as the series progresses. I would highly recommend it.

Hmmm, I've got a few, Kuragehime/Princess Jellyfish (young, jellyfish otaku's life is turned upside down when she is helped out by a "princess"), Kobato (young, air-headed mysterious girl goes around trying to heal people's hearts in order to fulfill her own wish) and Otome Yokai Zakuro (alternate past of Japan, four half-spirit girls work with three military boys to try and keep the peace between humans and spirits) are shojo (well, PJ is josei but that's close enough) with some romance in all of them (OTZ with the most, then Kobato, and then PJ).

Also, Princess Tutu is amazing (it's a fairy tale plain and simple, one that just happened to be written recently and as an anime).

Yeah, it's really intense, especially for a magical girl anime with that style. It's like... It's not extremely scary with gore and violence, etc., but it really messes with you with the psychological themes presented and dealt with.

There was a Kyouko running around this year. She was my hero.

As for anime recommendations, CANAAN. Only 13 episodes, so it's a quick watch. Plenty of action and gunplay for the action junkies. Good character development. Complex relationships. Overall, a good watch.

The Mahou Shoujo Oriko Magica manga is..interesting. Far different art style than Madoka, but it's keeping my interest for now.

I also recommend Ao no Exorcist / Blue Exorcist both the anime and manga. It's a great watch / read.
