AMV 101 - A Stepping Stone (2012)

I co-ran an AMV 101 panel at Otakon last year, was curious if anyone would be interested in an AMV 101 panel at Animazement this upcoming year. Would cover how to get started, what to avoid, and some basics with software.

I have been wanting to give it a whirl, but never had any solid instruction. If you covered some of the finer points (cutaways, audio and video management, and timing) I'd be glad to attend. My last experience with video editing was in college, and something it ended . . . somewhat poorly.

Decided to submit the panel, pending approval, it will be a 2 hour block of tips on how to get started, some AMVs will be shown, and there will be time for Q&A so that you have a chance to get those questions you've always wanted to ask about AMV editing answered.

I appreciate the offer, but I already have a full panel planed based off of the AMV 101 panel I did at Otakon last year. It would also be a little hard to work that out since I have to give the convention the names everyone who is going to present something and be a panelist in the panel and I don't know who you are ;;;
