LGBT Meet-Up! (UPDATED DETAILS)

Open to anyone and everyone that would like to come and meet others! We include anyone and everyone that wants to stop by and hang out, so don't be a stranger! Feel free to bring food to share if you'd like.

First Meet-Up: Precon!
Time: 8pm
Location: Chair area behind the outdoor staircase.

Second Meet-Up: Friday
Time: 11:30am (to avoid photoshoots in the area on both days)
Location: Chair area behind the outdoor staircase.

Third Meet-Up: Saturday
Time: 11:30am (subject to change)
Location: Chair area behind the outdoor staircase. (subject to change)

Signs would be wonderful but I'm super behind schedule getting my costumes and stuff together so I don't have time to personally make any. If anyone wants to, feel free!

I'm just kinda the person that opted to get the details of location/time together and the rest is up to everyone else in regards to what you want to do to get the word out, what you want to bring to the meet to share, etc. orz

I'll be there, for both of them. Maybe. As long as there aren't any panels on the day the second meet up is. However, I don't know how long I'll be able to stay out there because I'll be in a fairly hot costume. But I'll definitely be there for the first one.

Maybe I'll be able to recruit people to come to the Otaku Dating 18+ panel! (Or get Nekozawafan to do it if I'm not there on the second meet up ;P)

I'd vote for Saturday for the second meetup, if 11:30am is going to be the time for the second one? I know I won't be getting to the con on Friday until between 3pm-4pm. Also, unless I can get a ride to and from the con on pre-con night (I can't drive at night, night-blind) then I can't make that one...

As it stands Friday has more votes but given that no one is going anywhere and Saturday is a big day, we could just have meet-ups Thursday-Saturday. I won't be able to attend the Saturday one but NekozawaFan has been amazing enough to offer to help so anything about that day (or changes in time/location) will be up to them.

The times are a bit early for me as I'm not normally mentally awake enough to meet new people that 'early' in the morning at conventions. xD But I will try and make it out at least for the Saturday one if nothing conflicts.
