Friday night in 301B at 6PM is listed as "Managing Your Collection" which should be "How to Take Commissions"

Who do I contact about this?

No one has replied to me on Facebook, Twitter, by email, or here from the con so I am going to assume there's nothing they can do about it. I bet they've already printed the schedules, anyway. I mean, the con is in two days.

This is what happens when you notify people two weeks before con about their panels.

I am posting in ALL THE PLACES hoping someone will see this and be able to fix it:
301B 6PM Friday should be How To Take Commissions (not Managing Your Collection, which was cancelled)

It's too late to fix for the handout schedule. The description in the book is for the correct panel though unfortunately also listed under the cancelled panel name.

So... the panel on the schedule is wrong but the description is right? So basically no one will know what's going on. AWESOME.

It's "unfortunate" that panel information went out so late that there was no time to make corrections.

It did make it in time though for being included on our errata posters and wall schedules though.

I've got a minor misspelling on one of mine too, not as huge as a panel shift mind you. Even at really well organized conventions, these things happen.

Mine is 10p Saturday listed as 'Improve to Pierce the Heavens' when it should be Improv. I probably got auto-corrected.

Yes, but I feel at "well organized conventions" they typically have stuff in place ahead of time so that mistakes like this can be corrected.

To Sailor Astera: I think at the beginning of the panel we should make an announcement regarding this. Let people know that "Hey! This is a different panel than the one you have been lead to believe you are attending! Surprise!" And maybe with time, if people have questions at the end you can also do a small presentation and Q&A session for your collections panel?

I actually made a very basic slideshow today. I figure when we get there if there's 10 people there for collections and 3 for art we just do the collections panel instead. It's not "ready" but I might as well just wing it
