Homestuck 2K13 (photoshoots and general meetup MASTERLIST)

Okay, since my thread got deleted I will try again here. |:

Last Animazement was pretty hectic, and I feel like a lot of people missed out on x or y meetup because of who knows what. So I was thinking, why not have one go-to place to find a list of any photoshoots, meetups, etc.?

So here it is. Take two, guys..


I plan to run at least one 4:13 photoshoot on either Friday or Saturday. And I know this is going to sound stupid, but I know that the whole using numbers thing is pretty spiffy, but not everyone can make a 10:25 shoot, etc., so don't be afraid to use non-HS-specific times? Please feel free to organize other shoots! Just give me the heads up so I can post them here!

Feel free to discuss other meetups, cosplay progress/help/advice/etc., or anything you could possibly care to in this thread!





Guidelines for behavior will also be posted, not that many of us need it, don't get me wrong! Any large fandom will get a bad rap for anything it does, though, so lets be sure to keep our booties in line so everyone can enjoy the convention!

Yupyup. And a behavior code is certainly a good thing to have. All large groups really should have one, haha.

But yeah. I'm totally keeping tabs on this thread. Not sure if I'll be going to AZ since it might interfere with a college program next summer I want to get into. But if I don't get into it, AZ will definitely be on my list!

I'd really like to come. It's been a while now since I've done any cosplay stuff.

I need to order some stuff for Terezi and then sew some stuff for her. And then I have to tackle that 3 AM Dress. That is probably going to be the hardest project I'll have done so far, haha. BUT THAT DRESS IS JUST SO DANG PRETTY.

I'm also going to get a google doc going with popular pairings etc., that could be used for shoot organization. That way we don't end up with "OH LOL WE'VE TAKEN PICTURES OF THE KIDS AND THE TROLLS NOW WHAT" at a shoot and it's just yeah.

Last year, a program was sicked on ALL non-stickied threads in the ENTIRE forum and they all went bye-bye. Anything NOT stickied went away, regardless of what it was. Plus, PuppetQueen asked EVERYONE in here to NOT do any 2013 pages until after the clean up happened at a future time.

Yes, indeed!

And in any case, PuppetQueen doesn't seem to be using a program to clean up the forum. After another look at her post, she said that an entire cleaning may occur. Even after Wednesday. And if there is an entire wipe, then everyone will have to deal with it like adults.

Gonzo only seemed to be trying to help in his usual manner. His posts are a little rough around the edges, but he only does it because he cares. <3

No one really seems to read my announcements/posts. It wouldn't make much sense to delete this since I plan on cleaning up this section tomorrow.

Anyway, carry on. Just remember to look out for new threads. Also thank you to Gonzo and Marzipan for keeping up with this. I wasn't able to get online yesterday.

In regards to the cleaning program, that is used by people higher up than me. It is sort of an all-or-nothing deal. Tomorrow I plan on manually deleting threads like I've done in the past.

Now back to Homestuck, yes?
