Sailor Moon '13

There was a great turn out for Sailor Moon last year(well '12)! Any more for next year??
I might bring back Princess Serenity or Eternal Sailor Moon. But the main plan is to bring Bride Usagi, I've got a couple friends who may be doing some of the other girls in their wedding dresses!

Heeeeey !!! The Bestie and I are going to get together a Dark Kingdom group if we can find enough participants..... In any case I will be Queen Beryl and we will have at least 2 of her commanders. Hopefully all 4 !!
Also, as I am kind of a .... busty gal.... I'm already in the planning stages of how to exactly construct her top and keep the girls in place soooo if anyone has done this costume or has any insight that would be fabulous!!!

I haven't done her myself but I have some helpful suggestions!=D I'm pretty sure your gonna do something like a princess seam for the front bodice so it attaches and fits better, get a LOT of muslin to do as many mock ups as needed! Nude colored fabric may be safer than the cut outs. DO build on top of the bra you will be wearing in that costume. Why? Because you know it'll fit and not show awkwardly if you do the cut outs or won't be to high on your back. If your going to get one of the sticky bras, buy an extra to use for building time, I had to do this with my Kinmoku Serenity.

While I have yet to get my Sailor Moon theme cosplays done for their intended cons, I plan on having a Sailor Venus cosplay next year.

I hope I can get some prop skills together and make the Holy Blade to go with this cosplay.

I am hoping to have my Sailor Star Maker fixed for next year and I am planning to commission a Super fuku for Jupiter. I need to buy a wig though. Last time I cosplayed her I had super long hair and I've cut it all off now.

I have 4 different Usagi cosplays for 2013. Woohoo a year without a fuku or heels!!!

May or may not have my Star Fighter done by then. I have a lot of other projects to get done between now and AZ. Although I may also have a Saphir in the works. It just depends on how fast I can crank stuff out.

i'm doing my first Sailor Moon cosplay as Princess Serenity, from the manga! already got a down payment on my comission, and my staff is nearly done!

plus, i plan on dancing to Gangnam Style somewhere in the halls... DANCING SERENITY!!

Probably bringing either Super Sailor Moon or basic, depends on what the group I'm in has planed. And wedding dress Usagi... and fruits and possibly signal sailor Usagi. @.@

Updated plan woo! Bringing Super Sailor Moon(for the big D20 Moon group) and possible PJ!Usagi with my friend doing PJ!Minako. I may have one more Usagi cosplay, not sure.

BIG QUESTION TIME:
DO WE WANT A SATURDAY MORNING SHOOT? YES? NO?
That is the time I could run it, and by Saturday morning I mean any time from 9am-1pm.
If your interested in the photoshoot PLEASE POST YES/NO AND A SUGGESTED TIME. And if you know a good location at the con center besides big stairs/fountain let me know. I'll be posting over on the photoshoot thread once we have this figured out!

Yay! If all goes well, I'll be doing a Wicked Lady cosplay this year!

Unless a whole bunch of awesome panels/events happen Saturday morning, which knowing me it won't be the case, I'm cool anytime saturday morning through those times. 10am would probably be a bit better so that it would guarantee I'd be there in time (I work friday night until 5am saturday morning and I plan to get dressed and make the hour-long drive right after I rest a tad).

The earliest it would be is probably 10 or 11, I wouldn't want anything earlier so people would have plenty of time to get up and into cosplay. ^^ And to account for traveling people.

Hello buddies! I did post in the photoshoot thread about getting us something Saturday, we'll be at the big stairs outside. Less chance of wind kicking up skirts or slipping on water than by the fountain. Suggest any time from Saturday 10am-1pm. There may be more than just this shoot but this is just one of them. If your interested suggest a time!

How about 11am? I imagine people prefer to eat at around noon (I wouldn't know since my usual first meal of the day is 10pm and on days I actually see daylight it's purely chaotic for me on meals LOL) and if eating messes up makeup, then maybe a shoot beforehand would be better. That said, I can't forsee any makeup problems from eating...LOL
