2013 Fan Panel applications now available

You can now submit your Fan Panel Applications for Animazement 2013. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2013. We want to avoid the late notices of last year.

As with last year, please note that there is one rule that the directors have placed a lot of emphasis on -

"Panels should reflect an aspect of anime, manga, or Japanese culture. Animazement does reserve the right to reject panels if we feel the material is not appropriate for our convention."

Also remember that the larger rooms upstairs are only for guest and/or AZ functions, so when you are planning your panel, make sure it can fit in the regular panel rooms, which can fit about 200 people.

Additional Note: I know a lot of folks attending the panels complained about the times certain panels were placed. Those running the panels request specific times. We do our best to accommodate those requests and we were able to do that about 98% of the time last year. Please be patient with the scheduling as panel organizers may only be at the convention on certain days, may have to deal with late arrivals or early departures. Thanks.
