I naturally look pretty tiny but I have some pudge on me from doing online classes and not being able to get out a lot because of that (when I was at the school, I shed some pounds because of all the walking up and down I had to do for my classes, it was a really big school, haha)

I'm just trying to get a little better in shape last minute for AZ by eating healthier foods and getting a little bit of exercising in. It's so hard though. I really really hate exercising. orz

Even with my hectic schedule the last few months, I've still managed to watch my diet and keep up a good workout routine throughout the week. I've also been stepping up my game on progressive calisthenics (such as one handed pushups). I'm very happy how I looked in pictures at Animazement!

Have only found a few pictures of myself so far, but I'm pretty happy with how I've looked so far. I did the math, and I lost a total of 26 pounds between last Animazement and this one. Still more work to be done (would like to lose 25 more by next AZ), but I'm very happy with my progress. I wore a cosplay this Friday I had worn before I lost the weight, so hopefully I'll have some good before/after shots to show when those pictures start showing up. :)

I am going to try and shed some weight so I can look good in my Miaka cosplay! XD I Love my legs but I would like them to be a little smaller :)

School just started back up for me! Yay! I'm taking an Aerobics class this semester so we'll see how that combined with my healthy food diet will work out.

I'm currently sitting at about 138 lbs from diet alone. So...who knows.

Doing pushups until my knuckles bleed. Rucking with a 75# pack. If I'm not losing weight, I'll multiply muscle.

Looks like this thread isn't thriving atm, but eh. I'm making it a fact to walk up and down the stairs to my room every day instead of taking the elevator (I'm on the 5th floor of my dorm, and my boyfriend's on the 6th). I walk basically everywhere since I left my car at home in Charlotte (Going to school at WCU).

I REALLY need to start going to the gym more, but when I do, I use the eliptical machine for a good 30 minutes, followed by a Derby Sit up(You basically have both legs on the ground, then get on knee up without using your hands), lifting weights, ect.

My stomach is still flat, but I'd like to get back to the weight I was back in 2010(135.). So...I have about 10 lbs to go really, but it's always that last 10. x.x My biggest issue has been candy too, but I'm hoping the diet snacks my mom gave me will divert my attention from them.

I shall also contribute! o3o lol I don't do my zumba as much anymore due to my work hours but I am trying to cut back on fast foods, sodas, sweets, and whenever I can I try to do some isolated exercises and adding more intensity. For example, I do more squats and crunches now, and I do isolated leg workouts as well as going to get carts outside at work ^-^ I can tell a little that it is helping!

Woo hoo!! Good for you! What have you been doing?


I'm really happy with the progress I made last year (lost 30 pounds and 2 dress sizes between march and december), but it's time to kick it up a notch. Last Monday I started training for a half marathon in April. I'm nervous about it since I've never run more than 5 miles in my life (and the 5 miles was only once), but I'm determined. Just finished a 4 mile run, which I did without pausing to walk. YAY! Keep at it, guys and gals. We can do it!

It can certainly be difficult to find the time. :( I have to get up at 5:30 so I can run before I have to go to class. Not a fan of being up to exercise before the sun's even up.
Maybe try to squeeze in something small or short? Situps before you hop in the shower or something? It can be tough to find time to work out when life's going in full swing. :)

Even though finding time can be tough, every little bit helps. Even things as simple as parking farther back in the lot when you go to the store or to work. If I have to go to the mall for something, I take two laps around the mall before I can leave. Always take the stairs instead of the elevator. That way, even if you have days where you can't do a solid work out, you're still doing things that help. :)

This is what I do, with school starting back its hard to get my sched ajusted to allow for workouts yet. @.@ Thankfully each building at my school is 3 stories so I have a lot of stairs to climb getting to any of my classes. XD

Just started week 4 of my half marathon training (race is in mid April). I ran 5 miles yesterday morning, which went really well. I ran the whole thing without stopping to walk. I seriously haven't done that in almost 4 years. Pushups and crunches today, and a 3.5 mile run tomorrow morning! Go team fitness. :D

one thing I seriously hate about not being at school anymore...I don't get to walk as much as I used to v.v but I have lost some weight here and there since I last posted ^^ everyone says they can tell from every angle. Not sure if I will tone up enough for AZ but I will try my hardest. I made more changes in my diet, I drink only water and green tea (diet green tea in the lipton bottle), and I have cut out bread and instead use whole wheat tortillas. Also trying to eat breakfast everyday and eat more fruits and veggies. c: Next step will be to make a commitment to do some kind of workout at least an hour a day and on my off days, an hour twice a day. Hopefully I will get better results and really see change!
