Hey there!

On Friday and Sunday, I'll be cosplaying as Blue/Green/Leaf/whatever. Y'know the girl trainer from FireRed/Leafgreen. I call her Blue because Pokemon Special. :I

Aaaanyways, I believe one of my friends is going to cosplay as that-Team-Rocket-grunt-who-dropped-the-lift-key. So, anyone up for a photoshoot?

So far I'm planning on revamping my Pokemon Breeder (Ruby/Sapphire version) costume from 2011 and hopefully making a gijinka of Sawsbuck (Spring version).

That would be pretty neat! I had a winter version planned for later in the year when I wouldn't die of heatstroke wearing it. orz

I have decided to bring Cubone out of retirement so she will make a return this year...that or I just finished a gijinka Kirlia that I may do instead.


Okay so photoshoot details;

last year was kind of chaotic so I think we should go back to the big outside stairs. Now last year I noticed that the area was completely covered by the building's shadow by 3:00 pm. I know in 2010 we had it at 1:00 pm and the sun was blazing. Granted that it will be on Sunday, as it has for the past four years, I suggest some time between 2 and 3 in the afternoon.

I'll be returning as umbreon and my friend, I think, will be revamping her gyarados

I'm drafting plans to make a Houndour fursuit before AZ, so hopefully I'll have it done and will be able to show up for the shoot! Probably can't stay too long though if you're gonna have it outside though; I've heard it pretty regularly gets over 100F inside a fursuit head, let alone outside in midday sun in late May in North Carolina with a dark grey bodysuit. :P But I'll probably be trying to wear it as much as possible over the weekend so even if I can't stick around for the whole shoot you'll be able to find me in the cool and refreshing A/C!

I'll make sure those in fursuits go first so they don't overheat. I don't want any fainting Pokemon on my hands.

I've finally decided who I'll wear to the photoshoot. I will do Kirlia since she has only been worn once before at a tiny convention in Charleston. I'll probably wear Cubone on Thursday since she's an old favorite.
