Hah. Now the guys will have to suffer the extra heat with us ladies. Well-played.

So question about the dances this year: any word on the DJ lineup and/or changes to the rules and policies? I heard this past year that hula hoops and large staffs weren't allowed.

There was also a thread dedicated to discussing a possible formal dance at AZ, but I can't find it anymore.

DJ Amaya tweeted the other night that he might be able to make it back one more time, but nothing is official yet.

I'm still blowing on the wind. I would dj for practically nothing, and I'll play something similar to whatever you want. I just want an hour or two. I'm Totally experienced and I'm a veteran after all.

Seconded. I need to repair my glowstaff, but I'm not rushing it if the dance policy still bans my big glowstick and allows giant Chouji hands covered in glow necklaces.

Yeah, I hope that the policies are at least more consistent so people aren't confused about what is and isn't allowed!

I'm sorry, what? Was something actually said about hoops not being allowed? I wasn't told off last year for having one but it would be kind of nice to know beforehand so I can avoid dealing with an annoyed staff member. Besides the fact that it will be super lame if that is an actual rule. :/

Oh okay, that's good to know! I wasn't sure if they were allowed or not since I didn't see as many as I used to.

Superla---

Large props take up a large amount of space. And they can disrupt other people. Why do you think we banned Conga Lines (protip: it's because PEOPLE COMPLAINED THAT THEY ARE ANNOYING AND THEY DIDN'T LIKE THEM!)?
