Artists Alley Registration

All artists wishing to register a table in Artists Alley must also register as a General Attendee.

Your convention badge will be required for Artists Alley check-in.  Why not go ahead and Pre-Register for Animazement now?

Thanks to all of our artists for the overwhelming response!

It is critical that your application be complete when you submit it!  We do require that all applicants submit a working weblink where we can preview your work.  The link can be to your own website, a photo gallery, or any other site where we can view representative photos of the work you plan to bring to Animazement.  Incomplete applications or those with broken links are rejected immediately.  If you are rejected for problems with your application, you can re-apply.  However, tables are assigned first-come, first-served, and if you have to re-apply, you will lose your place in line!  So, in order to make sure you get the table you want, please ensure your form is complete and filled out accurately before you submit it.  We do review all applicants' work to ensure it is in accordance with our Artists Alley Policies.  If you have questions, please read, and re-read, our entire Artists Alley Policies page.  If your question is not addressed, please feel free to contact our Artists Alley Coordinator.

After you register, please give us about two weeks to contact you about acceptance or denial.  It takes time to process all of the applications, review your work, and make table assignments!  If you are accepted, you will receive an invoice for your table via email. Please be prepared to pay promptly online with a credit card once you receive your invoice.

Balcony Tables are open 24 hours (all weekend).
Day Hours Access
Friday 12:00pm - 10:00pm Open to Public
Saturday 10:00am - 10:00pm Open to Public
Sunday 10:00am - 4:30pm Open to Public

Table Check-In will be available on Thursday and Friday in the Artists Alley Ballroom as you walk in. Tables that are unclaimed by Friday at 5pm will be made available to artists on the wait list. Please see the policy page for more information.

Table Reservation

Artists and studios have the option of reserving a half or full table in the Artists Alley Ballroom, or on the Balcony. (Maximum 1 full table per artist.) Table reservations are good for the duration of the convention.

All applications for a table in Artists Alley will require you to link images or a website of your work. Please plan on having images uploaded to either a Flickr account or your own website.

A panel of staff members will be reviewing any and all submissions for tables. You must submit a complete application to be accepted. If any part of your application is missing or incomplete, you will be denied, but you may reapply when you are able to complete the form. If we have concerns, we will contact you. If you are accepted you will be invoiced for the table.

Make sure you have read and understand ALL of the Artists Alley Policies before you register for a table. On our Artists Alley Policies page, we have a guidelines for items that will be allowed in the Artists Alley, as well as what will NOT be allowed. If you end up having questionable items for sale, you may be removed from Artists Alley without a refund.
