Dealer Registration

Information for Dealers

All of the forms you will need to reserve a space and order the services you require are posted below. Dealers who submitted contracts at last year's convention will be given first priority on table locations.

Fox Dealer graphic, artwork by Dan Hess.  Please be aware that the Raleigh Convention Center does not permit the selling of food or drinks except from their own concession stands. We cannot allow sales of such items in the dealers room.

Please direct all dealer-related questions to our Dealer Coordinator. You can confirm that we have received your payment and contract by checking our 2010 Dealer List.

Reserving a Table

To reserve tables in the Dealers Room, please complete the following Dealer Information and Contract Form and mail it to Animazement with your payment. No tables are held without payment. Please review the Dealer Information and Contract Form carefully as it contains our guidelines.

Contracting Electrical, Internet and Telephone Services through the RCC

If you choose to have telephone, internet or electrical service, it must be arranged directly through the Raleigh Convention Center. Please read the following Raleigh Convention Center Exhibitors Order Form, and fax or email the order forms to Tim Greene at the RCC. Directions for submission are included with the forms.

Contracting Advance Merchandise Shipping Services and Changes to Booth Furnishings through SES

If you choose to have merchandise shipped to the convention more than 48 hours in advance, or want changes made to the layout of your space (i.e. tables removed, smaller tables, carpeting, setup assistance) it must be arranged directly with Southern Exhibition Services. Please read the following SES Exhibitor Service Kit, and fax or email the order forms to Aimee Uhrig at SES. Directions for submission are included with the forms.

The state of North Carolina requires all individuals and companies who sell product at a physical location within the state at any time to collect and pay sales tax to the state, county, and municipality where the product is sold.
